Motorola just unveiled their newest smartphone, the Edge 40 Neo in their EDGE series. This Lenovo-owned brand’s latest smartphone comes with a super-smooth 144Hz display, a powerful MediaTek Dimensity Chipset, and more exciting features. Launch of Motorola Edge 40 Neo in India
Motorola is bringing the Edge 40 Neo to India on September 21. This phone has already been released in EMEA. The phone’s design has been revealed, and it will come in colors curated by Pantone, including Black, Green, and Blue. You can buy it exclusively on Flipkart, as well as through Motorola’s website and various retail stores.

The Edge 40 Neo is now available in Europe, priced at EUR 399, which is approximately Rs 35,500. You can choose from Black, Soothing Sea, and Caneel Bay colors.
This Motorola device features a 6.55-inch curved pOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a super-smooth 144Hz refresh rate, responsive 360Hz touch sampling, and a small punch-hole camera in the center. It also offers excellent DCI-P3 color coverage and an impressive peak brightness of 1,300 nits.
Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7030 Chipset, coupled with 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a spacious 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Notably, this phone is the world’s first to come equipped with this SoC, essentially a rebranded version of the Dimensity 1050 chipset.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo comes with dual stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos for great sound. It’s also certified as water and dust-resistant with an IP68 rating. When it comes to cameras, it has dual rear cameras, with a main 50MP f/1.8 sensor and a 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera. You can unlock it using the in-display optical sensor.
Powering the phone is a large 5000mAh battery that supports fast 68W wired charging. It runs on the latest Android 13 OS with MyUX 4.0. In terms of connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G support, GPS, NFC, and a USB-C port for charging.
